Ray is always around the shop. He is responcible for all of the Embroidery as well as Screen Printing. If he is not upstairs with the embroidery machine greeting customers, you can find him downstairs printing. On the rare occasion that you can get him to take a weekend off, he enjoys spending that time with his grandson and working on projects around the house.
Jess is Ray's youngest daughter. She is responcible for running the Laser Engraver, designing art for customer jobs, customer service, as well as all the accounting. She is self taught in all the programs she use's and is constantly striving to improve her skills.
Mason is often the first to greet the customers. He likes to bark to let us know when someone is here but quites down once they have said hello to him. Bella is the quite one and very gental. She is often in her bed, but when she does get up it is just to quickly see who's here and then lay back down. Mason belongs to Jess, he is 5 and has been here his whole life and Bella belongs to Ray, she is 3 and has been here for 2 years.
This is Mocha. She is always found underneath the work bench, most often customers dont even see her there. It is extremely rare that she comes out with exception for our UPS driver whom she see's daily. Mocha belongs to Ray and has been coming to work for 8 years. She was rescued by Rays oldest daughter and has been coming to the shop ever since.
